- Deluxe: Our luxury level Rooms.
These are the rooms that offer lovely heritage elements and traditional furnishings.
All have queen size bed, and an en-suite bath; Others with en-suite two-person Whirlpool bath.

- Superior: Our luxury, one-room suites.
Your choice of spectacular large rooms with a Queen size bed plus a comfortable Daybed (or twins)
in the sitting area, and a luxury en-suite two-person Whirlpool or Soaking bath. Will accommodate 4 persons;

- Executive Suites: Two room suites are now available.
Beautifully furnished with a queen size luxury bedroom, and an adjoining room similarly furnished
but smaller and with Antique style Daybed for sleeping, lounging, or working.

- Luxury Suites:
Beautifully furnished Suites having 2 bedrooms...one Standard and one Deluxe... with
Whirlpool bath and special features. Truly private and comfortable;

- Entire home:
Either of the Victorian Mansions are also available for larger family functions or business retreats.
With magnificent formal meeting rooms, gardens, and independent Carriage House and various function rooms /
conference facilities, these are well suited to weddings, retreats, and can be combined for larger functions;

- Meeting Rooms: The Mansions offer meeting and
function rooms of various sizes.
Both formal Heritage and informal contemporary rooms are available with
a variety of set-up options and professional planning services;

- Carriage House: The Canadian Heritage designated Carriage House
that serviced The Rundle House and The Edward Gallow House has been refurbished as
a 500+ sq ft, independent meeting room / convention facility. This beautiful and
uniquely appointed room blends historical rustic elements with modern technology to
provide excellent meeting or event space for business groups up to 50. With the "stable" doors
opened to the garden terrace, this room doubles it's capacity and is transformed into
fabulous space for product launches, family dinners, parties and myriad uses.

Based on $75 / hour +GST
- Wedding & Event Planner: Our experienced Event staff is on-site
to assist functions from simple weddings to spectacular corporate product launches.
Cost for planning services are built-in to packages where articulated, otherwise services are available on a cost plus basis.
Smoking
Subject to City regulations all of Gloucester Square and Cawthra Square is smoke free. We have some rooms
with private terraces where one can step directly outside from the room.

Massage and Spa Appointments
Various Masseurs, Aroma therapist and Reflexologist provide personalized services
to guests in our glorious Single and Doubles Spa Rooms at The Edward Gallow mansion.
Average service charge is CN$75/hour +GST. Longer and combination appointments
are available on request. Consider booking ahead, although you may request time and day when

Pets
We can accommodate pets in some rooms and on certain conditions.
In all cases, we must respect other guests allergies and sound
considerations; hence, pets when accepted must be kept in a crate
in the room when within the home. There is an excellent kennel 2
blocks from our door.
Tax and Rebates
Canada's universal Goods and Services Tax is charged on accommodation, goods, and services.
This tax for both accommodation and many purchases, may be claimed back by visitors to Canada.
Provincial Tax is also charged, and this may be also be claimed back in some cases.
As active members of Tourism Toronto and the Greater Toronto Hotel Association you can be assured that we are "up to standards"
and we also charge 3% DMF.
Where taxes are refundable we offer a service to do this, and can assist with forms and/or questions.

Telephones
All rooms have telephones with data ports and voice mail. Our comprehensive system allows
free local and toll-free calls, and retrieval of voice mail from anywhere.
Parking
We have underground parking available to guests,
and limited on-site outdoor parking beside the Rundle House, both at modest cost.
These should be booked at time of booking your reservation.
Afternoon High Tea
Tea and Internet come together on weekends. This tradition is an art form
when presented at The Rundle House ... for guests and their guests. more

BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATIONS
for single Guest Room Bookings:(excluding Special Event dates)
- Bookings must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
- Cancellations must be received by mail, email or fax, and...
- Where written notification is received more than 14
days prior to the confirmed arrival date, you will be charged
a $50 service charge;
- Where written notification is received within the 14 days prior you will be charged for one night;
- Where written notification is not received within 48 hrs of arrival date you will be charged for the full reserved period.
- Discounts are not cumulative, and where discounts are given the reservation follows Reduced Rate rules as below.
for Special Event Periods, Reduced Rate, Packages, and Group (3+Rooms) Bookings:
- Special Event Periods will be identified when the Booking is made or Confirmed.
- 50% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
- Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Final deposits not received may be subject to cancellation of entire booking and forfeit of deposit
- All rates are quoted and billed in Canadian Funds
- All Room Bookings are subject to the following taxes: 5% Provincial Room Tax, 3% DMF, and 6% GST
- Spa Bookings are subject to 15% gratuity (on spa portion only)
- Discounts are not cumulative.
- Cancellations must be sent and received by mail, email or fax, and...
- Cancellations received prior to 30 days before check-in forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations received within 30 days of check-in, the guest/planner is liable for 100% of the booking.
The Inn will attempt to resell the space and/or guestroom(s).
Under these circumstances, we will refund the amount resold minus costs.
